Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for eligible products such as women’s dresses, co-ord sets, and night dresses under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or washing will not be accepted.
• Sale, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be communicated.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

Exchanges:

• Exchange is subject to stock availability and is allowed only once per order.

Non-Returnable Cases:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items returned without prior approval
